I do believe AnKing is the the best deck - it has the best workflow, is the most comprehensive, and funnels directly into the step 2 deck. I believe anking is 20 1440, unless he's recently updated his. I didn't start the deck until a month into school but I think I'd still use it if I was coming in. This ensures that when you import the cards that I have added, they go into the correct decks instead of creating new decks. We are medical students and found Anki was an amazing tool, but it's not the most user-friendly and its taken us 6 months just to get the basics. Consistenly a good bit above average - probably averaged a standard deviation above (sometimes it was 0.5 or sometimes 2 above depending on the test).
